IBM Host Configuration Assistant for Z Development 3.7 has been released.

In this release, support is added for the host configuration of Enterprise SDK for Python (HAMBxxx), which is a prerequisite for Wazi Deploy (HAMOxxx).

Below is the process about how to configure Enterprise SDK for Python (HAMBxxx).

1. Select host component Enterprise SDK for Python (HAMBxxx), which is always automatically selected with Wazi Deploy (HAMOxxx).
   • Click the product to select the components contained in this product.
     
   • Select Wazi Deploy and Enterprise SDK for Python (HAMBxxx) is selected by default as it's the prerequisite. You can deselect Enterprise SDK for Python (HAMBxxx) by clicking it. A message pops up to confirm with you.
     
2. Confirm product and component selection and start to select features for the components. For Enterprise SDK for Python (HAMBxxx), only one task is available and this task is mandatory.
   
   
3. After you select features for the components, complete feature selection to generate the report. By default, this report is sent to you. You can specify another email address to send the report to. This report will be available within the tool, and the PDF is also sent in an email.
   
4. View the report and complete configuration tasks.
   • If you want more details, you can click links to open the topics in IBM Docs.
   • When you complete a step, you can check off so that your progress is memorized.

The Component Dependencies image has been updated to include Enterprise SDK for Python (HAMBxxx).
