Recording: AIOps customer adoption roadmap

AIOps means different things for different customers, given where they are at the journey.  This session presents a methodical approach to assess the customer IT Ops environment so that a high-level AIOps adoption roadmap, that is unique to each customer, can be drafted.

AIOps adoption roadmap consists of:

1. Maturity Assessment of IT Ops processes, tools, data, and culture.
2. Roadmap development to improve relevant areas.

Consequently, the first MVP conversation is initiated to start the improvement effort. Transitioning IT Ops teams from the traditional world to the AIOps world does not have to be a painful transformation.
