In early 2016 we surveyed over 200 companies. We asked respondents to share how mobile initiatives were transforming their business. The results were impressive— mobile is producing measurable and noticeable productivity gains for organizations. 26% of survey respondents revealed an increase in revenue, 25% noted a decrease in expenses and 31% are seeing customer issues resolved in a shorter timeframe.
