Installation/Update Notes:

Maximo Asset Management Scheduler is part of core Maximo and is updated whether or not it is enabled. However, beginning with Maximo Feature Pack 7.6.0.3, new applications have been built into Scheduler. To enable them, download the concurrent Scheduler package as well. The packages are found in Passport Advantage (unlike Maximo Feature Packs). Be sure to update the existing Scheduler package either at the same time or after you apply the concurrent Feature Pack. Installation Manager will only allow the Scheduler update if the Maximo version is the correct one for that version of Scheduler.

There is no Maximo Asset Management Scheduler 7.6.6. Maximo Asset Management Scheduler Plus 7.6.6 was released between the releases of Maximo Asset Management Feature Packs 7.6.0.8 and 7.6.0.9. See Maximo Asset Management Scheduler Plus Release 7.6.6. If Scheduler Plus is installed when you apply Maximo Asset Management Feature Pack 7.6.0.9, it will be upgraded to version 7.6.7.

There is no Maximo Asset Management Scheduler 7.6.7.2. Maximo Asset Management Feature Pack updates Scheduler to version 7.6.7.3.

Like Maximo 7.6.1, Decision Optimization Center v3.9.0.2 requires and will work only on Java 8. However, WebSphere 9.0 is not supported for any version of Decision Optimization Center.

Beginning with Maximo 7.6.1.2 (Scheduler 7.6.8.0), Schedule Optimization no longer uses IBM Decision Optimization Center. A new product, Maximo Asset Management Scheduler Optimization, is used instead. See IBM Maximo Scheduler Optimization.
