Hi Molly, I believe it will change every interaction and connection we have with systems and computers. for the better..i think we all deserve that!!

Take an example of having a cognitive machine in a data center the machine can advise and make every call center rep better than your best. Guiding their conversations based on the discussion and emotions of the caller.

it wouldn't be possible without big data and smart systems but also because we have greater compute capacity to manage the outputs and therefore the insight & knowledge.

the cognitive computer can do this as it not only can understand speech it also understands the callers emotions - so it can then alter the path of the conversation. first class advisor

there are certainly opportunities for Watson to improve the interaction between driver/passenger and the systems that will support self-autonomous vehicles...it is an emerging and exciting area

This is a perfect type of application for Watson and he is used to visually recognize many images. Watson is used currently for Surveillance and uses vision as part of medical diagnosis
